Shipping Policy – Within India

1) Processing Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. We’ll share tracking details once shipped.

2) Shipping Fees

South India: ₹60
Rest of India: ₹80
Lakshadweep & Andaman–Nicobar: ₹150

Note: Fees may change; the final amount shown at checkout applies.

3) Where to Order

Place orders via our website or by contacting us on Instagram/WhatsApp using the details below.

4) Estimated Delivery After Dispatch

  • Metro/major cities: ~2–5 working days
  • Remote/extended areas: ~5–7 working days

Courier delays, weather, or operational disruptions may impact timelines. We’ll help track and update you, but delays by courier partners are beyond our control.

5) Tracking & Delivery

  • Please track your shipment regularly after dispatch.
  • Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.
  • For offices/hostels/hotels/gated communities, coordinate with the reception or collection point as needed.

6) Missed Deliveries

  • Delivery personnel may attempt delivery 1–3 times; they may not always call in advance.
  • If attempts fail, the parcel may be held at the nearest hub. Contact the hub/courier for re-delivery.
  • If returned to Ashmis due to non-availability/incorrect address, re-shipping charges apply to resend.

7) Accurate Addressing

Provide complete address details, including correct pincode and state, to avoid delays or returns.

8) Returns Due to Non-Delivery

If a shipment returns to us because it could not be delivered, standard shipping fees will be charged to re-ship.

9) Delivery on a Specific Date

Need delivery on or after a specific date? Add the request in order notes. We’ll do our best to align, subject to courier capabilities.
