    How do I place an order?

    You can place an order directly through our WhatsApp Catalogue or via our website (coming soon). Simply select your product, share the product code with us on WhatsApp (+91 9446366001), and confirm your order.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    Currently, we only accept UPI payments.

    • A secure QR code will be sent to you on WhatsApp for completing the payment.
    • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
    • Once our website goes live, additional options like Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards will also be available.
    Do you ship all over India?

    Yes, we deliver pan-India.

    Shipping Charges:

    • South India: ₹60
    • Rest of India: ₹80
    • Islands (Lakshadweep, Andaman & Nicobar): ₹150

    Free Shipping:

    • Orders above ₹999 are eligible for Free Shipping across India.
    How long will delivery take?

    Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.

    • Metro cities: 2–5 days
    • Remote locations: 5–7 days
    Can I exchange a product?

    At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the defective product (with video proof) and place a new order.
