Cancellation & Refund Policy

1) Return Window

You may request a return within 3 days from the date your order is delivered. After this period, we can’t accept returns.

Unboxing Video Required: For any item claimed as damaged/defective, please record a continuous, uncut video from opening the parcel until the issue is clearly visible. This evidence is required for return approval.

2) Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags.
  • Used items or items showing wear, perfume, sweat, or physical damage are not eligible.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain accessories may be non-returnable if opened (e.g., earrings/ear cuffs). If in doubt, contact us before opening.

3) Refund Method

Approved returns are refunded as an Ashmis store credit (gift card) with no expiry. Cash/monetary refunds are not offered.

  • Reverse pick-up fee: ₹80 will be deducted for reverse shipping when we arrange collection.
  • Damaged/defective on arrival: full store credit with no deduction once verified via the unboxing video.

4) How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp at (+91) 9446366001 or email info@ashmis.com within 3 days.
  2. Share your order ID, reason, photos, and the unboxing video (if damaged/defective).
  3. We’ll confirm eligibility and schedule a pick-up where available, or guide you on shipping back safely.

5) Replacements

For verified damages/defects, we can either send a replacement (subject to stock) or issue a store credit for the item value.

6) Cancellations

We do not support order cancellations once an order is placed. Please review your cart and address details before checkout.

7) Notes

  • Return timelines and availability of reverse pick-up depend on your pincode and courier coverage.
  • In case a shipment is returned to us due to non-availability at delivery or incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply.
